Criminal Law
Misdemeanor
Kentucky has 2 types of misdemeanors:
Class A punishable by 90 days to 12 months in jail and a fine of up to $500.
Class B punishable by up to 90 days in jail and a fine of up to $250
Preliminary Hearing
I can represent you at your preliminary hearing. Please keep in mind that this does not guarantee my representation of your case in circuit court. Representation in felony cases are decided on a case by case basis.
Currently, I am taking only taking Felonies on a case by case basis. If I cannot take on your felony case. I will be more than happy to refer to you a local attorney.
